Kitee Valentz has been in the real estate industry in the Sugar Land, Houston, and surrounding areas for over 18 years. Her commitment to professionalism and her amazing ability to connect with her clients has resulted in a consistent record of high customer satisfaction.

With a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and experience in technology marketing and consulting, Kitee is well qualified to effectively serve her real estate clients. Technologically savvy, Kitee utilizes the Internet for marketing her listings, as well as updating current clients through frequent emails regarding market conditions and new listings.

A highly personable, easy-going, and level-headed demeanor enables Kitee to relate and work well with clients from all cultures and through every walk of life. She states, “Anything is possible with the right attitude. Kitee resides in Sugar Land with her husband, children, and Boxer dog. If you happen to see her out and about, she’ll have a smile on her face and is always happy when she spots a friend or meets someone new. She is very involved in the community, spending a great deal of time volunteering especially at her children’s schools. When time permits, Kitee loves vacationing with her husband, taking the children on new and exciting adventures, and dining at the latest restaurants. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Jennifer has lived in the greater Houston area for 30 years and has spent the last 18 in Fort Bend County. She has a wealth of knowledge of the city and knows it inside and out. Prior to shifting her focus to real estate, Jennifer enjoyed a long career in advertising sales. There she learned to really listen to people and always find the best solution to their needs.
