I have earned the designation of a 'Master Certification Negotiation Expert'. I work diligently to save my clients money during their most expensive transaction. My experience and knowledge help me educate my clients with understanding the nuances and concerns of owning a home. All properties that I have listed for selling or leasing, sold within 45 days. I prepare a unique marketing strategy, based on the property, for all my clients. I live in Sugarland with my two teenage kids, my dog, and my professor husband. We moved here 15 years ago from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I understand how stressful moves can be.
