In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. His reputation as a top producer in the Houston area was further solidified through accolades from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.
