I am a native Houstonian and I currently reside in Sugar Land, TX where I have lived for over 39 years. I have been a licensed realtor for over 28 years which includes the last 7 years as a Broker/Owner of the Oliver Real Estate Group, LLC.

As far as investing is concerned, along with working with buyers and sellers, I have been an active investor for over 16 years. So, I bring a birds-eye view and a realistic prospective from trade cost, to permitting protocol, acquisition strategy, and re-sale/lease .
