I grew up in Fort Worth Texas and studied at Texas Tech University, Lubbock Texas. I began my real estate career 17 years ago as a Buyer's Agent for a Top-Producing Team in 2006. After a few years I realized I had the drive and desire to go Solo and signed as an Independent agent. Having raised two children in the Houston area, I am well versed in the importance of community involvement. Committed to first class customer service, I have a conscientious work ethic and strong communication skills. I am devoted to this by listening and paying attention to the details. I have mastered the art of negotiation and work closely to lead buyers and sellers to best fulfill their goals and dreams. Bin graduated from University of Houston with a master degree in Chemistry. With this background, Bin specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge/insight to residential properties that help homeowner find their dream houses and consistently exceed the investment goals of investors. Bin maintains long term, good relationship with clients. After 5 years hard working in Real Estate Market, in 2018, Bin obtained her own Real Estate Broker's license, that strongly proves her competency and expertise.
