Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephan served in the military for twenty-four years as a helicopter pilot. After his retirement in 2003, Stephan took a position as a helicopter pilot with the esteemed Memorial Hermann Life Flight organization in the Houston Medical Center. When he decided to move from his flying career into his longstanding passion of real estate, he brought with him a strong leadership foundation and a competitive and spirited work ethic.

Passionate about securing the maximum price for sellers, Stephan employs a targeted marketing system designed to create competition for the property among the right buyers. Jennifer has lived in the greater Houston area for 30 years and has spent the last 18 in Fort Bend County. She has a wealth of knowledge of the city and knows it inside and out. Prior to shifting her focus to real estate, Jennifer enjoyed a long career in advertising sales. There she learned to really listen to people and always find the best solution to their needs.
