Having lived in Fort Bend County for the majority of her life, Stephanie possesses a deep understanding of the local area and its real estate market. She moved to Quail Valley with her family at the age of five, and later settled in Sugar Land, where she attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989. Today, Stephanie continues to reside in Sugar Land, maintaining strong ties to the community that she holds dear.

Stephanie pursued her higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After college, she embarked on a career that initially led her to banking and later to Continental Airlines.
