Having lived in Fort Bend County for the majority of her life, Stephanie possesses a deep understanding of the local area and its real estate market. She moved to Quail Valley with her family at the age of five, and later settled in Sugar Land, where she attended and graduated from Clements High School in 1989. Today, Stephanie continues to reside in Sugar Land, maintaining strong ties to the community that she holds dear.

Stephanie pursued her higher education at the University of North Texas in Denton, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. After college, she embarked on a career that initially led her to banking and later to Continental Airlines. However, Stephanie's desire to merge her financial services background with her passion for customer service ultimately led her to real estate.

In 2002, Stephanie made the pivotal decision to become a Realtor, driven by her genuine enjoyment of assisting individuals and families as they navigate new chapters in their lives. Today, that enthusiasm remains unwavering. Whether it's facilitating a successful and satisfying sale or helping clients settle into their dream homes, Stephanie finds joy in being there for her clients during these significant milestones.

I am a fourth generation native Houstonian. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I started my career as a marketing & communications project manager. I draw from this background in my dynamic approach to home sales which includes professional photography, video, detailed descriptions and print marketing.

I owned my first home at the age of 26, which my father and I built together. My pursuit of the masterpiece home has continued since with additional new construction and renovation projects. My passion is imagining what a piece of real estate can become. As a Realtor, I supply the guidance and resources my clients need to create their vision of HOME. Bin graduated from University of Houston with a master degree in Chemistry. With this background, Bin specializes in applying her expertise and market knowledge/insight to residential properties that help homeowner find their dream houses and consistently exceed the investment goals of investors. Bin maintains long term, good relationship with clients. After 5 years hard working in Real Estate Market, in 2018, Bin obtained her own Real Estate Broker's license, that strongly proves her competency and expertise.
