First of all, it's a free service for you. A good buyers agent does much more than open doors and find you homes to look at. You need someone on your side that knows what they are doing. Someone that will educate you about the market, analyze your wants and needs, guide you to homes that fit your criteria, negotiate on your behalf, coordinate the work of other needed professionals, solve any problems that may arise, and check and double-check paperwork and deadlines to get you to the closing table! Tri Phan was born in Vietnam and raised in Houston, Texas. He had lived and worked in many countries during his engineering and construction career, including Singapore, Nigeria, Russia, Vietnam, Thailand, etc. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive knowledge of technical know-how and a deep respect for cultural diversity.
