Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.

I have worked in the real estate industry since 2007. In this time I managed portfolios of thousands of properties nation wide as an REO asset manager. I have also helped countless clients list and purchasee homes as a personal real estate agent in the greater Houston area.
