His journey to the United States in 1984 was marked by challenges, including a brief period of homelessness. However, Ralph's indomitable spirit saw him through, leading him to pursue higher education at Prairie View A&M University. Initially majoring in Agriculture, Ralph's aspirations took a turn when he discovered a profound passion for community and family engagement during his tenure as a Social Worker.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Ralph furthered his education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.

1995 was a pivotal year for Ralph. Purchasing his first home not only marked a personal milestone but also ignited his interest in real estate. He quickly recognized the potential in the industry and embarked on a career as a real estate agent with Christie Realty. His dedication and prowess were evident as he emerged as the top producer for eight consecutive years, selling over 380 homes.

In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. His reputation as a top producer in the Houston area was further solidified through accolades from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.

Ralph's journey, from his early days in the U.S. to becoming a revered real estate broker, is a testament to his resilience, dedication, and unwavering integrity. He firmly believes in and lives by the principle, "Never sacrifice integrity for growth," a mantra that has guided him in serving thousands of families in the community.

I started in 2002 in Las Colinas Texas specializing in golf course communities. Then in 2006 Moved to Aubrey Texas and specialized in Horse and Acreage properties. I moved to the Sugar Land area in 2011. I have experience in Residential , Lots and Acreage, Horse / Ranch, Rental, Golf Course, investment, as well as Retirement communities. I have listed and or sold homes anywhere from $50,000. to 1million. I have vast knowledge in contracts and am a skilled negotiator.

I am a native Houstonian and I currently reside in Sugar Land, TX where I have lived for over 39 years. I have been a licensed realtor for over 28 years which includes the last 7 years as a Broker/Owner of the Oliver Real Estate Group, LLC.
