I have worked in the real estate industry since 2007. In this time I managed portfolios of thousands of properties nation wide as an REO asset manager. I have also helped countless clients list and purchasee homes as a personal real estate agent in the greater Houston area. I'm extremely familiar with construction and have overseen the remodeling of dozens of homes. I also manage several commercial retail buildings, and acted as a broker in the acquisition of them as well. During my time as an agent I have also listed and sold many large tracts of land to commercial investors.

Customer service is my top priority. Whether it is finding you the home of your dreams or getting you top dollar selling your home, I am dedicated to keeping you informed through every step of the process. I am a TX Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a TX Real Estate Broker with 30+ year experience. In addition, I have a Marketing Management degree from the University of North Texas. I have volunteered with First Colony HOA since 2005 and have 2 children that went through the FBISD.

AJ Bez is a Realtor with Benevides and Associates serving Sugar Land and surrounding areas. AJ relocated to Texas from the North East eight years ago. She says she was tired of cold weather and shoveling snow.
AJ brings many years of luxury car sales and retail management experience to her Real Estate career at Benevides and Associates. A graduate of Arizona State University and University of Pittsburgh she has a degree in Communication as well as a Paralegal Studies Certificate. Both serve her well in Real Estate.
AJ holds the Realtor seat in Sugar Land Success chapter of Business Network International, is Vice President for the Fort Bend Kappa Kappa Gamma alumna association,and the pubicity chair for the Sustainers of the Fort Bend Jr Service League. Early mornings you will find her at Rev 365 fitness and she enjoys playing golf when time allows.

AJ also has two side hustles- pet and home sitting and recently added consultant for Wine Shop at Home. A winery out of Napa Valley that brings wine tasting to your home.The two tie in well with Real Estate- everyone needs a place to live, has or wants a pet and wine is a bonus, right?!
