As a real estate investor for many years, I was frustrated with not getting the properties that I wanted. Some of the realtors either wasted my time by showing me undesirable properties or lacked the ability to close on deals that were very desirable. Additionally, they did not have the real estate investor perspective (long and short term) and analytics to be able to assist me with my search. After losing out on so many great investment deals, I decided to get a license to assist my family, friends, and clients in getting them the BEST DEAL possible!
