Prior to moving to Sugar Land, she lived and worked in San Francisco, CA. Before San Francisco, Nino lived in London, UK where she obtained her honors in Psychology Masters degree from the City University and worked as a therapist. - Dr. Nino Kakulia’s life abroad allowed her to travel extensively and exposed her to many diverse cultures. I started in 2002 in Las Colinas Texas specializing in golf course communities. Then in 2006 Moved to Aubrey Texas and specialized in Horse and Acreage properties. I moved to the Sugar Land area in 2011. I have experience in Residential , Lots and Acreage, Horse / Ranch, Rental, Golf Course, investment, as well as Retirement communities. I have listed and or sold homes anywhere from $50,000. to 1million. I have vast knowledge in contracts and am a skilled negotiator.

AJ Bez is a Realtor with Benevides and Associates serving Sugar Land and surrounding areas. AJ relocated to Texas from the North East eight years ago. She says she was tired of cold weather and shoveling snow.
AJ brings many years of luxury car sales and retail management experience to her Real Estate career at Benevides and Associates. A graduate of Arizona State University and University of Pittsburgh she has a degree in Communication as well as a Paralegal Studies Certificate. Both serve her well in Real Estate.
AJ holds the Realtor seat in Sugar Land Success chapter of Business Network International, is Vice President for the Fort Bend Kappa Kappa Gamma alumna association,and the pubicity chair for the Sustainers of the Fort Bend Jr Service League.
