I am a fourth generation native Houstonian. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I started my career as a marketing & communications project manager. I draw from this background in my dynamic approach to home sales which includes professional photography, video, detailed descriptions and print marketing.

I owned my first home at the age of 26, which my father and I built together. My pursuit of the masterpiece home has continued since with additional new construction and renovation projects. My passion is imagining what a piece of real estate can become. As a Realtor, I supply the guidance and resources my clients need to create their vision of HOME. Kelli Smith has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Atlanta, Georgia. Kelli always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Over the past two decades, Kelli has been involved in the sales and marketing of real estate in Houston, Texas. Kelli feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network.

Passionate about helping the community, Kelli is involved in several local charities throughout Greater Houston. She contributes a percent of her income to local charities as well as Children's Miracle Network. A long-term resident of Fort Bend County, Kelli enjoys spending her off-time with her there daughters and husband Steve.

Tangela attended the University of Houston, where she studied Business Administration and Marketing. Throughout her professional career, she has managed numerous projects in the private and public sectors as a Project Management Professional (PMP). Her experience with managing projects and navigating complex relationships drives the platinum experience she provides for all of her clients. She has been responsible for overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, and strategic planning for a number of projects, and knows how to maximize positive outcomes for all parties involved in a transaction. Tangela has worked with Federal, State, County, and City elected officials on public policy and community initiatives and brings a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through to the real estate profession. Being intentional about building relationships with clients, and more importantly, maintaining those relationships through consistent and effective communication, is a primary focus for her.

Tangela's ability to connect across a diverse audience allows her to facilitate a variety of transactions throughout the real estate industry. She stays current on New Home Construction and Real Estate Development projects in the area, and is passionate about helping first time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership. Often she works with clients who have specialized mobility needs to determine Universal Designs for their homes. When she is not serving her real estate clients, Tangela enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and traveling. Since 2005 she has partnered with the Muscular Dystrophy Association to support families affected by neuromuscular disease. She has sat on the board of multiple community organizations and currently serves as an advisory board member for The Greater Houston Partnership. For over 20 years, she has coordinated events and activities for various organizations and supports multiple initiatives to educate, elevate, and empower women entrepreneurs.
