My experience and knowledge as a real estate professional include marketing, financing, and both buyer and seller representation. I take a realistic approach to my business and try to share factual information with my clients to help them make informed decisions. Born in Uganda, raised in Toronto and educated in both Canada and England, I feel I have had the unique opportunity to understand and interact with people of many different cultures and religion. Having lived in Houston, for over a decade, I have experienced first hand the ups and downs of the Real Estate Market. As such, I have chosen to Specialize in Sugar Land, recently voted as one of the best places to live in the entire country. I have many years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. My previous educational background includes a Teacher's Certificate and a Masters Degree. I believe that Patience and Perseverance are two of my greatest virtues. Last but not least, my special areas of interest include sports such as Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis and Badminton. I am a full believer of the pluralistic society in which we live and practice the preaching that "Diversity is Strength and not a Weakness."

Kelli Smith has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Atlanta, Georgia. Kelli always knew that she wanted to chart a path helping others and found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Over the past two decades, Kelli has been involved in the sales and marketing of real estate in Houston, Texas. A long-term resident of Fort Bend County, Kelli enjoys spending her off-time with her there daughters and husband Steve.

Irma has been a resident of Sugar Land since 1998, first hand knowledge of the local market growth and changes in the areas, armed with multiple designations, she listens carefully to her clients' needs to sure they get well informed decisions. Irma is a board member of the La Casa España association, promoting traditions of Spain in Houston. Irma is also the President of AMIGA association, a nonprofit with a focus on scholarships grants for high school students.
