Kenita Williams is a New Orleans native who moved to the Houston area in 2013. I service the Houston and surrounding areas: Spring, Humble, The Woodlands, Tomball, Katy and Cypress. Prior to joining Diamond Homes Realty, Elizabeth was a bank examiner for the Treasury Department, bringing almost 10 years of finance and banking knowledge and expertise. She is a college graduate and mother of two so you know she's smart and can work under a busy schedule. She fights hard to get her clients the very best deal on their home. Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M. An occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.

With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. Being affiliated with Connect Realty provides me with immense resources including innovative technology, specialized vendors, transaction partners, and fellow agents. These resources allow me to easily monitor transactions and critical dates as well as provide support for issues that may come up during the process. Nicole Lockwood grew up in The Woodlands, graduating from the John Cooper School and later finished her education as a Boilermaker at Purdue University. After spending 16 years working in the music industry in Atlanta, she's back to her roots and ready to buy and sell in the area she knows best, her hometown. Nicole's background in sales and entertainment has given her an eye for detail and a talent for negotiation that she brings to the home buying experience.

Staci Loftus was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Texas in 2007, where she has been a resident of The Woodlands since that time. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. Staci enjoys being a real estate agent because it provides her the opportunity to help friends and family pursue their dreams with real estate. What Staci loves most about real estate is the community she lives in and the ability of real estate to help you reach your goals. The Houston area is such a vibrant and family friendly place to be able to call your home, but also invest securely in. Staci has always been interested in real estate and getting her license has helped her and her husband continue to build their real estate business while helping others reach their real estate goals as well. Wether that is finding investment opportunities, relocating or buying your first home. Before Staci became a real estate agent she was a teacher. She worked as a middle school teacher in Philadelphia and New Jersey before moving and teaching in Texas. Staci loved being a teacher because of the relationships, educating and guidance that was implemented in the classroom. These qualities were imperative to being a successful teacher and Staci feels these same qualities are imperative to being a good realtor as well. Building relationships, providing guidance and being educated as much as you can about the communities, process and opportunities in real estate are her goals for all her clients. Being a teacher was a rewarding profession until Staci took time off to focus on her family. Staci and her husband have three children who have been born and raised in The Woodlands. The kids keep everyone busy with sports and their interests. As a family they all love to travel, especially on RV trips, spend time at the lake and play games together.

Tiffany Varela was born and raised in Houston, Texas and has an incredible familiarity with the area. She loves how welcoming and unique Houston is. It’s a city full of diversity and opportunity, and people from all walks of life can fit in and make it home, something Tiffany feels is important. She brings her knowledge of the area and her love for the city to each and every client she works with.

Tiffany’s work background is in real estate, but more specifically with the closing process. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. After that, she worked several years for a commercial title company in Greenway Plaza as an Escrow Assistant. It was here that she became extremely familiar with the real estate process.

While working at the title company, she had the opportunity to work with many different types of clients – brokers, agents, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and investors. Working on such a range of transactions taught her the ins and outs of the process and also gave her priceless insight into the needs of clients.
