After graduating with a degree in Human Development from the University of Kansas, Jenny came to Houston to launch Houston Achievement Place, a residential treatment facility for children and families with special needs. Taking the same love for helping others, she began a new career in 1994 as a sales professional with two different national homebuilders. Working with developers, architects, designers, and construction, she helped complete seventeen Woodlands communities. Jenny was consistently honored over the years as a multi-million- dollar producer by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Houston Area. In 2007, selling over 21.7 million in homes, Jenny was nominated for the prestigious PRISM award for the second time in her career. In 2008 Jenny left new home sales to join Tory as a Realtor and, combining strengths and passion for making a difference for families, together they created The Hearn Team. Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. She believes these qualities will propel her to pursue her clients' dreams while also providing a seamless purchase or selling process.
