After moving around the country and abroad as a child, Stephanie's family landed in The Woodlands in 1998 and Stephanie has called the Houston area home ever since. The first-hand experience frequently moving laid the foundation for her extensive knowledge and understanding of the relocation process. She has lived in several of the unique areas of town but now proudly calls Memorial home with her husband and four children.Prior to earning her license in 2016, Stephanie spent six years in the hospitality, marketing and recruiting businesses. Pairing her natural desire to deliver the highest level of customer service with her wealth of local knowledge and acute market sensibility, she now prides herself on connecting clients with the best home for them as part of The Jill Morris Team at Compass.As she grew more experienced in real estate, Stephanie began renovating and rebuilding homes in and around Houston. She fell in love with the process of building and the art of design. Stephanie's entrepreneurial spirit continues as she has begun to remodel homes for clients in addition to serving them with her real estate services.As an enthusiastic member of the community, she currently serves as a PTA board member for Hunters Creek Elementary, PTO board member at The Chapelwood School for Young Children, and as an advisor on the Chapelwood United Methodist Church's Children's Ministry Core Team and School Core Team, as well as supports the Adult Congenital Heart Association and The Texas A&M Century Club.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. and I'm a mother of two beautiful children. I have spent time living in other states and I've had many years of experience living in the military community so relocating is a speciality of mine. Also, if you are looking for someone that is familiar with Veterans, I'm your gal! In addition to my relocation experience I have had experience in customer service and sales. My previous career which goes hand in hand with real estate was in Mortgage Lending. I have experience helping my clients when it comes to THEIR needs. Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston! Leslie has always had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the best at everything that she endeavors. She strives for perfection in all things and has a strong work ethic, which she has used extensively in her 21-year career in Real Estate. She has been a Top Producer many times in her career, awarded Hall of Fame and Most Outgoing Referrals.

Because of her hands-on approach and tenacity to help all of her clients achieve their goals, she exceeds expectations. Her skills in Corporate, Design and Real Estate allow her to offer her clients a higher level of service. She often stages Seller's homes so that they obtain the maximum price in the least amount of time. With Buyers, she listens intently to their wants and needs and helps them find the perfect match for their dreams. She also helps them to see beyond the walls of homes needing changes, that might not otherwise be considered. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Negotiations Expert. These two Certifications have provided a dramatic benefit to her Buyers and Sellers.

A lifelong Equestrian, she loves spending time with her horse, Farandole. Because of her background in the Hunter/Jumper world, she knows and loves to sell horse property. A love of Art, which she started at age 4, trained her mind to see things with dimension and depth. Leslie turned her artistic expression to music when she was 30 and went on to be a Vocalist/Soloist in the Spanish Choir at her church. She was a member of the Kansas City Songwriters Circle and founded the Ft. Lauderdale Songwriters Circle, which helped many young and old musicians find the courage to write and perform in front of people. Leslie and her husband have 5 kids, 4 have graduated and the last one is in college.

A Senior Labor Relations Specialist with the world's largest pilots' union for the past 25 years, Philip is well practiced in negotiating, mediating, and representing pilots in negotiations regarding collective bargaining, as well as in disciplinary and grievance hearings, and has acquired invaluable negotiation skills and business knowledge. He has also learned the importance of structure, diplomacy, professionalism and drive, all of which he incorporates into his very successful real estate career.

Philip has been a resident of The Woodlands for the last 25 years, which gives him intimate knowledge of the community and its many amenities.

His move to The Woodlands was precipitated by his marriage to his lovely wife, Missy, a local Dentist who has been a resident of The Woodlands herself for over 45 years. They have two daughters and are members of The Woodlands United Methodist Church.

Jennifer is a strong believer in community and recognizes the importance of supporting her neighbors. Driven by her passion for helping others, she decided to become a real estate agent so she could re-center her life around doing what she loves. Jennifer is capable and prepared to act as a tireless advocate for her clients.

Having lived most of her life in the Houston Area, Jennifer is a native Texan through-and-through. She focuses her real estate practice on Central and North Houston. As a longtime resident of The Woodlands, Jennifer's intimate knowledge of the area gives her invaluable insight as she serves her clients. With an immense appreciation for Houston's welcoming culture, abundant activities and family-centric vibe, Jennifer is passionate about showing her clients everything the city has to offer. Jennifer earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. She founded her career in Information Technology, where she worked as a Systems Analyst for nearly 20 years. Her extensive experience in IT, where adept problem-solving and attention-to-detail are crucial, serve her well in real estate. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also regularly volunteers for her local PTO board and various non-profit organizations.
