Originally from China, Xiuyan has been a resident of The Woodlands since 2008 and has developed a great affinity for the area and all that it has to offer! After living in the United States for 15 years, she has resided in multiple cities and communities across the country, but has yet to experience the same connection that she has with The Woodlands area. She particularly appreciates the community’s natural environment, its amenities and conveniences, school, weather, and the relatively low living costs. As a real estate agent, she aspires to introduce buyers to a community where they will feel this same connection and appreciation.

Prior to real estate, Xiuyan had been quite successful academically. She earned her BE and PhD degrees in prestigious chemical engineering programs offered by Tsinghua University in China and the University of Minnesota, respectively. After having children, however, Xiuyan decided to stay at home to raise them for the last eight years. With a desire to get back to work while still raising her children, Xiuyan opted to pursue a career in real estate due to its flexible hours and minimal travel.

Xiuyan originally joined Connect Realty because of their extensive training and valuable resources that have equipped her with the essential tools to generate optimal results for her clients. Whether representing buyers or sellers, Xiuyan’s philosophy and work ethic remain the same. She emphasizes the importance of putting her client’s needs and interests first at all times, educating them throughout the process and executing the necessary marketing strategies to secure their satisfaction and help them reach their goals. I am native of Hong Kong and have lived in U.S. for 25 years. My family and I moved to the Woodlands where we’ve raised our three children. My corporate background began in advertising & marketing for the Hong Kong Mass Railway Transit (MRT) interacting with clients. I have years of experience promoting and marketing products and services to the public. Our family has been fortunate to have spent 2 expatriate “tours of duty” in Singapore where I was actively involved in real estate property investment.

Lauren Osborne was born and raised in Texas. She earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M, and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

She moved to The Woodlands and instantly fell in love with the tree-covered landscape, wooded trails, and charming amenities. For years, she has lived and breathed all that The Woodlands and Magnolia has to offer.

As a young teen in junior high, her interest in real estate began. When her friends were buying posters of their celebrity crushes, she was buying home magazines, cutting out pictures of her favorite designs, color schemes and decor. She also loves people and has a strong desire to serve them. Having these two passions, being a realtor was the perfect choice for her.

As a believer, she is committed to serving at her home church and cherishes time with family and friends. She thoroughly enjoys a blooming crepe myrtle, loves a southern back porch, and believes that sweet tea is reason alone to live in the south.
