Campbell Burroughs was born in Victoria, Texas and moved to The Woodlands/Conroe area in 1979, where he has resided ever since. He loves that the area has a small town feel but offers all of the amenities of the city. He is very familiar with the school districts, community, and market after living here for so long, knowledge which he shares with each of his clients. Campbell earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Agriculture Business from Sam Houston State University and has been selling diesel engines and equipment for the past 25 years. He thrives on the challenge of sales and helping others and has excelled his entire life in that realm. His love for helping others, working in a sales environment, and his knowledge of the community made his decision to become a real estate agent an easy one. He has always enjoyed and been interested in anything to do with real estate, so taking classes and obtaining his license was the next logical step. Shawn's passion for buying and selling homes began as a real estate investor in 2006. In 1996, Shawn started out his journey as an entrepreneur which has enabled him to gain experience with business management, marketing, customer service, and negotiation skills. His background in business ownership and real estate investing allow him to provide his clients with expertise and confidence towards their decision of buying, selling or investing. He graduated college with honors with a major in music. In his personal time, Shawn enjoys spending time with family, playing music, fishing, and watching sports. Tory has been a Woodlands resident for over 40 years and has watched The Woodlands grow into the unparalleled master-planned community it has become. Growing up in The Woodlands, an area that has been constantly evolving, he became interested in real estate and land development at an early age. Tory not only grew up here, went to school here, played sports here, but is now raising his family here.
