My name is Patty Schouten and I live in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision. I have four children and 11 grandchildren and yes... they all keep me running and staying young! Whether its in the mortgage industry where I worked for 11 years as a processor, Loan Officer and Branch Manager then went on to become a Mortgage Broker for 12 years. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rae-Shell D. Fletcher has been a realtor for seven years. With an origin in listing investment properties, she has learned various ends of real estate and finds her best fit helping buyers and sellers find the "deal" of their dreams. She prides herself on being part of an investing team known as Real House Leads, where she assists in being a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients. Community involvement is essential to Rae-Shell, and she believes in giving back to help others. She serves as secretary on the board for Rho Delta Tau, a charitable organization dedicated to promoting empowerment to cosmetology students, and she is a proud distributor of a market-dominating fucoidan-rich product that is changing the lives of many.
