After graduating from Texas State University, Stephanie moved to New York City and worked at The Related Companies, the largest privately owned real estate development company in the country. This is where Stephanie received the most valuable real estate experience, working alongside the executive management team for the world-renowned Hudson Yards and Equinox Hotel Developments. After five amazing years in New York City, Stephanie moved back to the great state of Texas to be closer to her family.

Raised in The Woodlands since 1992, Stephanie understands the numerous benefits of life in "the bubble", with its lush, natural landscape, award-winning schools, upscale dining and shopping, energetic nightlife and unmatched entertainment venues. Stephanie has a passion for interior design, architecture, new construction and most importantly: a desire for helping people, which is why she was ultimately called to pursue a career in residential real estate. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being active outdoors, cooking international cuisine, traveling the world, attending Broadway shows, serving the community with Junior League of The Woodlands, and spending quality time with her husband, Derek, family, friends and beloved weenie dog, Max!

My interest in real estate began over 20 years ago when I purchased my first home. Jannelle Marie Flores is native from Puerto Rico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2014. Since 2017, she has been working as a Real Estate Agent focused on assisting first time home buyers, sellers, investors and families looking to rent a home. Her main responsibility as Real Estate Agent is to listen carefully, provided updated information based on market conditions, write and review forms and contracts, and guide her clients during each step of the transaction. She believes that good communication is an important key to keep the trust in any relationship. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree studies in Social Work, Jannelle can relate and understand any situation when it comes to home buying, home selling, investing or leasing a property. She believes that each real estate investment is a big and important commitment that can be challenging but at the same time, can be extremely rewarding. In 2018, she became certified as Real Estate Professional for Veterans Association for Home Ownership under Armed Forces of the United States of America. I have always been interested in the Real Estate industry and intrigued by the process. I learned hard lessons as a first-time home buyer which served as my motivation in becoming an agent. I service the Houston Metropolitan Area and surrounding counties. I have a penchant for service which allows me to assist buyers, sellers, investors, and renters by facilitating their property needs through smooth transactions. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston. I have extensive experience in client confidentiality as I have a successful career as a civil trial litigation paralegal. I have a passion for all things sports. I actively participate in triathlons, duathlons, running, cycling, swimming, and sand volleyball. I enjoy giving back and being involved in the community.
