I love working with people and enjoy seeing the excitement of a new homeowner or selling their home. Between my husband and myself we have 3 daughters and a total of 6 grandchildren. I have been president or member of many community organizations. All of my family live mainly in the Conroe area and have worked in the real estate industry in the title, mortgage, appraisal areas, and also are Realtors.

Nhi Whitehead is a practicing attorney with experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She obtained her real estate license to manage her family's real estate portfolio and help others in their home buying journey. A Dallas-area native, Nhi moved to Houston for law school and has stayed in the area since. Having set down roots in The Woodlands for her young family and being heavily involved in the community, Nhi knows the The Woodlands and the surrounding area extremely well and can help clients find the perfect home - be it their first home, an investment property, or their dream home.

Nhi received her B.A. in Economics from Baylor University. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law. Nhi is conversant in Vietnamese.

As a third generation Texan, I carry the pride of the lone-star state on my sleeve. Born in Houston a long, long time ago, I have moved as far north/northeast "Houston" as the Kingwood/Atascocita area in 1995. Then lastly to the Huffman area since 2001 where my 3 children grew up, graduated high school and I'm proud to say, so far, 2 of the three have graduated college. My third one is getting close!

I have begun my first steps as an empty-nester. Like many people, I am trying to decide what to do next, when to do it and how. Do we stay in the big house or move to downsize? What about the grand kids?

I appreciate and understand all of these dilemmas.

On the other hand, having young, adult, employed children and their friends needing their first home, I am involved with the joys, excitement and responsibilities of becoming a first-time home buyer. It's so much fun!

What is my forte in real estate? This question comes up often. I think it's the diversity that comes with all parts of buying and selling your first home, you last home, and/or your in between home. And let's not forget the fun of having your dream home built from the ground up. How could I choose to specialize in one area over the other? After almost 20 years experience, I still like to do it all. Being a Realtor is rewarding and sometimes a little challenging but always worth it.
