Wide experience in the residential real estate industry, including extensive knowledge of new construction homes, gives Amber Crawford a decided advantage when representing sellers and buyers. Amber worked in builder sales for 20 years where she developed a trained eye for construction quality and a good understanding of the types of products used in new-home construction.

Amber works with sellers and buyers at all price levels and in every stage of their lives, from first-time homebuyers to luxury clients to relocation transferees to down-sizing empty-nesters. "I love the diversity," Amber says. "I care about my clients and work hard to educate them on the process so that they feel empowered. Volunteer commitments for Amber include the American Heart Association, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Rotary The Woodlands, and her local PTA. Originally from a small town outside of Austin, Texas, Amber has been a Houstonian since 1990. She and her daughter reside in The Woodlands area and love being a part of the community. When time permits, Amber enjoys reading, live music and beach time.
