Cavin has an extensive background in renovations and project management, and he can turn a fixer-upper into the nicest home on the block! This ability, coupled with a passion for learning all aspects about Houston's area real estate, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing his listings. Calvin brings over 10 years of experience in real estate where he provides excellent customer service, and a commitment to diligently work, listen, and follow through for every client. Matt Powers is a native Houstonian having grown up in the Memorial area.  Raising his family with his wife Laura in The Woodlands he has unparalleled knowledge of the local luxury market.   One factor making Matt unique is not only his ability to sell luxury homes, but build them. Since the early 90's his company Matt Powers Custom Homes has been building and renovating some of the finest properties in the Houston/Woodlands area. 

Mariela Campalans originally from Caracas, Venezuela is a professionally trained graphic and industrial designer who became a Realtor after moving back to the United States with her family in 2007. She is a graduate of The Newman Institute of Art and Design. Completely fluent in English and Spanish she is a native Spanish speaker.

Mariela's formal training in interior design and industrial design have proven to be extremely beneficial in the world of real estate. Her consistent high sales volume has made her one of the top producers in the high-end premier property and corporate relocation markets.

While working in a previous real estate company, Mariela was awarded Top Producer for having 18 million in individual listings in 2012 and 2013. She was ranked number 4 in production for the Houston region receiving a top regional producer award.

Easy to work with and always looking for reciprocity in negotiations, Mariela greatly enjoys assisting people in their quest for a perfect property of which they plan to live or purchase as an investment. Her goal is to offer careful planning and perfect execution of the process which ensures highly satisfied customers.

This very busy, happy realtor enjoys yoga, spinning and any type of social time. She is married and the proud mother of two children who are attending Cornell University and The University of Texas as pre-med students.
