Erin Nave has been a Houston resident for almost 40 years. She grew up on the North side where she excelled at sports, and has lived in each quadrant of the city. Erin studied honors courses in high school and she graduated top 10% of her class, went on to study Sociology, Psychology and Business at Texas A&M. She has been an office manager, LMT, and Instructor. Real Estate is Erin's passion and she is very knowledgeable about Houston and surrounding areas.

Having a Mother who is a real estate Broker and investor gave Evie an early exposure and appreciation for becoming a Realtor. Evie is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Spring area. While attending University of St. Thomas, Evie moved into The Heights and has stayed in the area for the great lifestyle it offers.  She has experienced first hand the growth and changes the neighborhood has gone through. Evie is analytically inclined, especially when it comes to real estate. She has remodeled and sold several investment houses, and knows the importance of creating strong ROI. Her knowledge of transitioning areas and specific nuances of neighborhoods proves to be extremely beneficial to her clients. Evie's ten years in the hospitality industry has given her an extreme appreciation for top notch customer service and the rewards of building a strong referral-based business. When she is not listing or showing homes, Evie spends every minute she can with her growing toddler daughter. Evie is a huge animal advocate and works with rescue groups. Her family includes two Husky rescues. Her fluency in both English and Spanish allow her to serve as a bilingual Realtor.

I am a Native Texan born and raised in Austin, Texas. I moved to the Houston area in 1967 and love it! I have had 40 years experience in sales and marketing and have always wanted to utilize my expertise in the real estate business.
