Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor's degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.

Staci Loftus was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Texas in 2007, where she has been a resident of The Woodlands since that time. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021.
