I'm a born and raised Texan from Fort Worth. My studies took me to Arizona (ASU) and then across the pond to Regensberg, Germany. After college, life took me to many places to visit and live all over the United States, other Continents, and I have the travel bug and love new frontiers. Kate was a four-year starter for the Central Michigan University volleyball team from 2005-2008 where she earned All-conference honors, team MVP and CMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2007. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies and a minor in marketing, Kate moved from Perrysburg, Ohio to Laguna Vista, Texas in 2009 where she worked as the marketing director for a commercial construction company. Kate then moved to Spring, TX and has spent the past six years in medical sales, networking throughout the Houston area. Kate is exuberant in whatever she does and believes her collegiate athletics, experience in medical sales as well as construction marketing have prepared her well for a career in real estate. Kate is passionate and caring, a good listener, able to connect quickly with people, and eager to understand their individual needs. Kate has excellent communication skills, integrity, and will give each client her special attention and efficient hard work. Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.

When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.
