I was born in the Montgomery County area where I also married and raised a family. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Sonya’s interest in making a difference in the community led her to achieve her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. After graduating, she worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for Montgomery County where she handled the Spanish speaking cases. Eventually, she became Court Coordinator for the Ninth District Court. Through her experience, she became well versed at working with families and developing relationships with outside parties in order to effectively manage every case.
