She is a college graduate and mother of two so you know she's smart and can work under a busy schedule. She fights hard to get her clients the very best deal on their home. Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. Monica enjoys looking at homes, and is dedicated in making sure that her clients find the best fit for their lifestyle. Monica has an eye for detail and a personality that gets anyone interested , which is perfect for listing your home.

When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.

I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.
