Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.

I am a commercial real estate in Spring, The Woodlands, and the rest of the Greater Houston area. I can represent any party in a commercial real estate transaction. I work with business owners, commercial bankers, investors, and realtors with clients that have commercial needs. Additionally, I serve as a residential realtor helping representing homeowners in buying, selling, leasing.

I inherited this trait from my grandmother, who was a Registered Nurse: my inspiration and life model.
