Welcome to my page! My name is Kevin Bedon, and I am a real estate agent affiliated with Compass. With a year of experience, I specialize in residential properties within the Greater Houston Area, including Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, Cinco Ranch, Waller, and Hockley.

My forte as a real estate agent lies in my superior negotiation skills and extensive knowledge of the Katy/Cypress, TX region. My mission is to enlighten and assist as many people as possible in real estate matters. I believe in swift action, treating others with respect during this life-changing decision, and rebounding from setbacks.

I was born and raised in Katy/Cypress, and I have resided in this area for over a decade. I love everything this community has to offer, from its top-rated schooling district in Texas to its diverse entertainment options within walking or driving distance. During my leisure time, I relish spending quality moments with my family, being a soccer dad, fishing, and cheering for my other Tiger family at ball games in Louisiana.

Gary is no stranger to challenges. Gary was born and grew up in Cali, Colombia South America. Gary attended Colegio Bolivar and graduated from high school in 1977 in Gruver, Texas. Gary then attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas and received a degree in Marketing-Management in 1981, which prepared him for his life long career in sales. Gary has continuously excelled as a top producer with every company he has represented.

Recently Gary was awarded the top producer award for setting a company record in the company's 30 years.

Gary is a Real Estate professional who prides himself on client's satisfaction above all else. Being a Realtor means more than selling homes. It's about helping understand client's hopes and dreams.

Gary lives and works in The Woodlands with his wife Cara who is also a Realtor. They have two children, Daughter Caroline, is attending Baylor University. Son Chase, attends Texas A&M University and is majoring in business and became a licensed Realtor in 2015 to help the family business.

Faline Windell has been involved in different aspects of real estate around Lake Conroe and The Woodlands area for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Starting off in her industry, she quickly became a top producer and has sold several million dollars in real estate. She has personally invested in flipping fixer uppers and new construction homes and has a wide knowledge of the housing market in a variety of fields. She also enjoys the design process and has helped stage existing homes as well as design plans and select interior finishes. When moving to the area from Houston in 1997, she knew she was home. She met her husband while selling real estate in Montgomery, and they were married in 1998. That lead to two of her greatest blessings, her son and daughter, who are in the National Honor Society and have been involved in missions to Guatemala and Africa. She is very involved in her local church and loves helping with community events and supporting missions worldwide. Faline is very passionate about real estate and loves negotiating the best price for the buyer or seller she is representing and works hard to help their dreams become a reality.
