Born in Peru, with work ties to a dozen countries, Franco settled firstly in Miami, and now here in Houston. Married to seasoned KRE agent Beatriz, he joined the team to share his wife’s passion and help grow her business. After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. I have a great passion for interior design and I enjoy being able to offer assistance in staging and home preparation to my clients. I strongly believe life is about experiences and making memories. After more than 20-years on the Property Management side of the Real Estate Industry from managing major construction projects up and down the front-range as well as helping residents pursue the rental/purchase of their new homes along with the role of a Property Manager has brought a wealth of knowledge. I also worked with GMAC Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in Texas. Additionally, I worked in the role of a New Construction Sales Counselor in the Cinco Ranch, The Woodlands and the Cypress area building new homes for five years in master planned communities, and local neighborhoods. Upon a successful venture in these endeavors, I decided to move to the other side of the table and pursued my real estate license. With my local roots and diverse knowledge about many different types of homes, I can provide invaluable knowledge to my real estate clients.

When I am not hard at work helping people find the right apartment or home, I love spending time with family, our fur babies and friends. As a family we enjoy grilling out, gardening and watching the Astros deliver a beat down on the field.
