Residing in Coldspring, I mainly concentrate my efforts on the western shores of Lake Livingston in San Jacinto County and all around the lake. I have offices downtown on the square, Houston and The Woodlands, therefore I can accommodate all of your needs at all points in between.

My wife Leslie and I were "weekenders" in Holiday Shores for only a brief time before we quickly became full time residents. In doing so, I served on the board of our POA as head of the Architectual Committee. Having this knowledge of deed restrictions and regulations eased our process in the expansion and remodeling of our "Weekend Lake House" thus turning it into our full time "Lake Home".

I am also a member of the Coldspring Area Business and Merchant's Association, the Coldspring Chamber of Commerce, the Cape Royale Men's Golf Association and The University of Houston Letterman's Association.

Staci Loftus was born and raised in Pennsylvania and moved to Texas in 2007, where she has been a resident of The Woodlands since that time. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2021. She worked as a middle school teacher in Philadelphia and New Jersey before moving and teaching in Texas. These qualities were imperative to being a successful teacher and Staci feels these same qualities are imperative to being a good realtor as well. Building relationships, providing guidance and being educated as much as you can about the communities, process and opportunities in real estate are her goals for all her clients. Being a teacher was a rewarding profession until Staci took time off to focus on her family. Staci and her husband have three children who have been born and raised in The Woodlands. The kids keep everyone busy with sports and their interests. As a family they all love to travel, especially on RV trips, spend time at the lake and play games together.
