Originally from Southern California but proudly claim Texas as my home for the past 26 years, I developed a passion for real estate and Texas holds a special place in my heart, particularly The Woodlands area.
Before embarking on my real estate career, I cherished my role as a stay-at-home mom to my three wonderful children. They all had the privilege of attending various schools in The Woodlands, both public and private.


In addition to my extensive real estate experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing degree from the University of San Diego. I have also achieved for numerous years the prestigious title of being a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. My favorite pastimes are spent traveling and enjoying lake life right here on Lake Conroe.

Haley Garcia's journey to real estate success has been marked by determination and dedication. After earning recognition as a capable agent early in her career, she built a real estate company that grossed $180M, which she successfully sold to a top independent brokerage in Texas in 2011. My family relocated to the Magnolia and Conroe Texas area 15+ years ago. I have since fallen in love with the entire area. The location is wonderful, we are a stones throw from The Woodlands which offers first rate restaurants, great shopping, beautiful parks, medical care and so much more. We are still close enough to Houston to work or just pop into town for the day to shop, eat, catch a show, a Astro's game or go to the Medical Center. At my house my favorite time of day is the evening. It is so peaceful, I've even seen some fire flies lighting up the evening air. A walk in the moonlight is breath taking and transforming. Hi, I'm Kaiti! Passionate about real estate sometimes seems like an understatement. There are days where I feel like all I do is live, eat and breath real estate. I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties. My areas of focus include: The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, Montgomery, and Conroe. If you're looking to buy, sell or invest I would be happy to help! Before working in real estate I obtained a Bachelor's of Communication and worked in advertising and Human Resources for 5 years. When I'm not busy in the real estate world I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband at the pool!

Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M. An occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.

With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. Being affiliated with Connect Realty provides me with immense resources including innovative technology, specialized vendors, transaction partners, and fellow agents. These resources allow me to easily monitor transactions and critical dates as well as provide support for issues that may come up during the process. Beyond marketing a home, I utilize my staging, pricing, and negotiation skills. After moving around the country and abroad as a child, Stephanie's family landed in The Woodlands in 1998 and Stephanie has called the Houston area home ever since. The first-hand experience frequently moving laid the foundation for her extensive knowledge and understanding of the relocation process. She has lived in several of the unique areas of town but now proudly calls Memorial home with her husband and four children.Prior to earning her license in 2016, Stephanie spent six years in the hospitality, marketing and recruiting businesses. Pairing her natural desire to deliver the highest level of customer service with her wealth of local knowledge and acute market sensibility, she now prides herself on connecting clients with the best home for them as part of The Jill Morris Team at Compass.As she grew more experienced in real estate, Stephanie began renovating and rebuilding homes in and around Houston. She fell in love with the process of building and the art of design. Stephanie's entrepreneurial spirit continues as she has begun to remodel homes for clients in addition to serving them with her real estate services.As an enthusiastic member of the community, she currently serves as a PTA board member for Hunters Creek Elementary, PTO board member at The Chapelwood School for Young Children, and as an advisor on the Chapelwood United Methodist Church's Children's Ministry Core Team and School Core Team, as well as supports the Adult Congenital Heart Association and The Texas A&M Century Club.
