Prudence is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills. A skill she developed over the years in other industries such as, global telecommunications, and family law. She is dedicated to ensuring each transaction is successful with only the client's interest as the focus.



Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.



Prudence utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her client's buying and selling needs including stagers, painters, designers, handymen and inspectors. She is very communicative, thorough, and detailed - oriented she'll be alongside you every step of the way.

From Tracy's childhood home in St. Louis, Missouri, to the suburbs of Chicago and finally to the Houston area with her own family, her relocation experiences created the excitement and passion for her career as a Realtor. Tracy, her husband and their three children are proud to call the Houston area their home. She believes that relationships are the foundation for everything and applies that thinking when working with clients. Previous to her career in real estate, Tracy's passion included serving her community as an educator for over 18 years. The experience she gained as an educator and the relationships she was able to build provided Tracy with an intimate understanding of the surrounding school districts and she can now share that expertise with her clientele. As a lifetime learner, Tracy's clients can expect the same level of dedication throughout the entire home buying or selling experience. Tracy shared that, "helping people search for and find a home that is right for them has been a passion of mine long before the start of my real estate career. I love being able to be a part of that experience." My career in nursing, coupled with my entrepreneurial spirit, offered a natural transition into real estate. I enjoy traveling, biking, and spending time with my family that includes my spouse, David, and our two daughters.
