Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 by the Greater Houston Builder's Association, Constance's work ethic has earned her recognition by her peers and clients alike.

During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. As a third generation Texan, I carry the pride of the lone-star state on my sleeve. Born in Houston a long, long time ago, I have moved as far north/northeast "Houston" as the Kingwood/Atascocita area in 1995. Then lastly to the Huffman area since 2001 where my 3 children grew up, graduated high school and I'm proud to say, so far, 2 of the three have graduated college. My third one is getting close!

I have begun my first steps as an empty-nester. Like many people, I am trying to decide what to do next, when to do it and how. Do we stay in the big house or move to downsize? What about the grand kids?
