Originally from the Minneapolis suburbs, Bethany grew up in a family- operated custom home building and remodeling firm. Bethany is passionate about guiding clients through the process with patience and care. Actively researching market trends and industry insights, Bethany aims to be her clients 'trusted advisor.' Bethany and her husband have moved 9 times, in their 20 year marriage and from those experiences she has built her business focusing on honesty, education and effective communication with her clients. Her goal is to make the process seamless and enjoyable! Outside of work Bethany cherishes time with her family. Bethany is the proud wife of Marine Corps Veteran, and Purple Heart recipient, Brent Straub. Together they have two children, Stella and James. The Straub's are proud to call The Woodlands home, so much so, they convinced Bethany's parents to move her after they retired in 2022. Bethany also enjoys walking her dog, Mattis. Hosting and entertaining friends, renovating their home and exploring the world through travel. Bethany is an involved community member participating in The National Charity League, serving as Vice President of The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse organization and being a lifetime member of the Military Order of the Purple Heart Auxiliary.

My husband and I have lived in the Magnolia , Tx area for over 20 years. We have 6 children and 8 grandchildren I love to see the changes over the years in Magnolia we are about to grow even more by 2020 we will have exploded. I cover Montgomery,Harris and Waller counties but have been as far as Galveston, Lake Livingston and Austin. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren the beach and relaxing at home with family.

After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. I have a great passion for interior design and I enjoy being able to offer assistance in staging and home preparation to my clients. I strongly believe life is about experiences and making memories. As a result, I strive to create the most positive experience for my clients, their needs, and their expectations when working with them. Some of the most important parts of a positive experience in real estate is possessing a strong work ethic with integrity, being a market expert, and providing stellar communication. These are promises I give to clients when working with me. Outside of real estate, I keep busy as a wife and mother of two great kids. I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
