Hi I'm Demetra from Amite, La, but Houston, TX has been my home since 2002. I'm an awesome wife to James, and a wonderful mother to my two kids, Kamaury and Serenity. I'm full of love and smiles, known to be honest and trustworthy, but I'm straight forward when needed. I truly care for people and I'm a true believer of building relationships and not just transactions. I love to travel, (that's probably why I married a truck driver), however sitting next to an ocean is my favorite thing to do. I enjoy reading and entertaining, but there's something about music that just takes me away. I also enjoy southern cooking when I'm in the mood. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm certified in Special Education. Although, education has been my background for many years, I'm ready to use those same skills as a real estate agent. Hi, I am Susan Holcomb, I am the mother of two and grandmother, the best job yet, of 4. I also have two dogs, a large mixed breed who looks like a guard dog but he is the biggest baby, and a small schnoodle, both are rescues. In my spare time I foster homeless dogs/puppies for a group called Friends of Faye. I have lived in Montgomery county since 2003 and love it here. I have also lived in Laredo,Texas, Huntsville, Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Dallas,Texas Calgary, Alberta, Canada and Jakarta, Indonesia. I am a native Texan. I enjoy travel and cooking and am a reader of mysteries, and spending time with my grandchildren, they grow up too fast. My goal in real estate is to give you the best experience possible.

Chris Elmi was born in The Woodlands and grew up watching a quaint bedroom community transform into an unparalleled lifestyle community where families can enjoy the perfect work-life balance. Chris graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2001 and then Texas A&M in 2005. Soon after he married his college sweetheart and they have twin 13-year-olds who they enjoy spending quality time with together as a family.

Upon graduating and starting a family, Chris remained engrained in the community by becoming heavily involved in the Chamber. Holding several leadership positions over the years within the Chamber afforded him great connections with community leaders, intimate local knowledge, and a sphere of influence.

Chris is an alumni of Leadership Montgomery County and has held leadership roles with the Market Street Noon Kiwanis, The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce Community Relations Team, Woodlands Chamber Diplomats, and Woodlands Chamber YPN.

Shortly after earning his license, Chris studied and earned the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations. He was named to HAR's Top 20 Under 40 in 2017 and is a 2017 graduate of the HAR Texas Realtors Leadership Program (TRLP).
