She earned her degree in Finance and Real Estate from LSU and worked as a senior financial analyst for Weingarten Realty, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rae-Shell D. Fletcher has been a realtor for seven years. With an origin in listing investment properties, she has learned various ends of real estate and finds her best fit helping buyers and sellers find the "deal" of their dreams. She prides herself on being part of an investing team known as Real House Leads, where she assists in being a strong advocate and negotiator for her clients. I am a very devoted husband and father, who was born in the Caribbean, on the beautiful Island of St Vincent and the Grenadines but have been privileged to call Houston home. Although I have had the opportunity to work my way up in my career as a Fire Alarm Technician, to where I managed, installed and programmed major Fire Alarm projects that includes the Houston Zoo Galapagos Island, my real passion is in Real Estate. I understand the power that Real Estate has in transforming people's lives and how it creates that sense of belonging to people that get to walk into own homes, and I have had the honor of experiencing this first hand.
