"It was a privilege to learn that way," Jenny says. "I was able to participate in large, complicated transactions ranging from land sales to multi-million-dollar homes from day one. It was fantastic preparation and taught me to the art of real estate negotiations and to pay attention to details."

After working in sales for 30 years her most important priority remains customer service and doing whatever it takes to make sure her clients are always heard and happy. She is a past member of The Junior League of North Harris, South Montgomery Counties and The Montgomery Chapter, National Charity League.

Jenny and her husband have lived in The Woodlands/Montgomery area since 1999. Their three children are all now attending and graduating college from Texas Tech, University of Alabama, and Oklahoma State University. She loves visiting them at their colleges and participating in parent weekends, game days, and sorority events.â€When Jenny is not enjoying the thrills of real estate, she spends her leisure time traveling with her family and friends. Hi, I'm Kaiti! Passionate about real estate sometimes seems like an understatement. There are days where I feel like all I do is live, eat and breath real estate. I've been a realtor in Texas since July 2016, and when I am not helping clients I am usually working on one of my personal investment properties. I was born and grew up in the Houston area and spent my summers vacationing with my family, learning new hobbies, and helping around the house. Just after my sophomore year at Houston Technical Institute, I began working at a prominent oil and gas company during the summer and then through the rest of my high school days, Being in Vocational Office Education opened many doors in the industry. I was the Supervisor of Office and Facilities Services for about 20 years. In 2004, I was ready for a new challenge and decided to follow my heart. I went back to school to study for my Real Estate Salesperson license and joined Realty Associates soon after. With my background in facilities, which included construction, and my husband in the construction field, we were successful in flipping properties during the recession. We purchased and sold many homes throughout the years. Not ever forgetting the challenges of buying or selling a home, I love helping buyers and sellers alike throughout the process and goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and will be an asset to both.

My family and I moved to the beautiful Montgomery County area 30+years ago to experience a lifestyle change. I was born and raised in Harris County and have listed and sold properties in and around the Houston and Gulf Coast areas for 20+ years. Currently I reside on small acreage which has allowed me the opportunity to become quite familiar with the challenges that occur with building and land development.
