Welcome to The Woodlands and the Houston area! I have had the pleasure to live and work in this beautiful area of Houston for many years. I call The Woodlands home, not only because my family and I live here, but because I have had the pleasure to help many families to get to know this city and find the perfect home for them. Born and raised in North Houston. Wife for 30+ years to the love of my life, mother to two handsome young men, and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters. I love this city, concrete - trees - lakes - bayous - history! For 15 years I owned a landscape design firm and was able to create everything from curb appeal for that new listing to award winning backyard oasis'. During that time I was privileged to work with custom home builders and interior designers developing style specific homes presented at the Showcase of Homes. This naturally led the way to helping people envision how a home can be transformed through cosmetic changes or remodeling or adding special features during the new build process. I am a visionary and love helping people find or design a home that speaks to their lifestyle!

Jay Mac received his BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Real Estate from Baylor University. After graduation he worked in Washington DC for 2 United States Senators and a Fortune 500 Utility Company in their Federal Governmental Affairs Dept.

I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I office in the same building with my wife in The Woodlands where she is a Financial Advisor/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Ameriprise Financial.

I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.

I moved to Houston in the mid 90's after serving in the Marines, and I spent the next 25 years working within the International Logistics industry. This gave me the opportunity to work with clients all over the Gulf Coast region, many here in the greater Houston area. While visiting clients I was able to enjoy some exposure to the many different neighborhoods and cultures Houston has to offer. We chose The Woodlands as our home and we raised our son here. Experience has taught me that it is important to enjoy a proper work/life balance. Some of my favorite hobbies include gardening and growing plants/flowers for the native wildlife; golfing at any of the local courses; traveling with my bride to meet new people and see new places; and working with local charity drives such as the Light the Night Walk for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Elizabeth Wallace's extensive experience in sales and management has taught her the importance of providing a high level of service to her clients. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2018, customer service has been her top priority. She is Residential Construction Certified as well as a Certified New Home Specialist. In her free time, Elizabeth is an active mother of three energetic boys, Mason, Landon, and Jackson. On weekends you'll find her at a soccer field, embarrassing the boys as she shouts and cheers them on, or at home listening to some tunes as she tackles a DIY project (well her husband does all the work, she supervises, wink wink). She and her husband love to entertain a roomful of people but also enjoy a quiet night around the campfire.
