She met her husband, Michael, in California and they moved to The Woodlands in 1982 from Mission Viejo, Ca. 20 years of Corporate work: Perkin-Elmer, TRW/Grumann, IBM ended when her division was moved to New York and she stayed local. 20+ years of full time Real Estate Sales and Leasing in Montgomery County and North Houston have given her the Joy of Owning her own Business and working with People!

Hi I'm Demetra from Amite, La, but Houston, TX has been my home since 2002. I'm an awesome wife to James, and a wonderful mother to my two kids, Kamaury and Serenity. I'm full of love and smiles, known to be honest and trustworthy, but I'm straight forward when needed. I truly care for people and I'm a true believer of building relationships and not just transactions. I love to travel, (that's probably why I married a truck driver), however sitting next to an ocean is my favorite thing to do. I enjoy reading and entertaining, but there's something about music that just takes me away. I also enjoy southern cooking when I'm in the mood. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm certified in Special Education. Although, education has been my background for many years, I'm ready to use those same skills as a real estate agent. After more than 20-years on the Property Management side of the Real Estate Industry from managing major construction projects up and down the front-range as well as helping residents pursue the rental/purchase of their new homes along with the role of a Property Manager has brought a wealth of knowledge. I also worked with GMAC Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in Texas. Additionally, I worked in the role of a New Construction Sales Counselor in the Cinco Ranch, The Woodlands and the Cypress area building new homes for five years in master planned communities, and local neighborhoods. Upon a successful venture in these endeavors, I decided to move to the other side of the table and pursued my real estate license. With my local roots and diverse knowledge about many different types of homes, I can provide invaluable knowledge to my real estate clients.

When I am not hard at work helping people find the right apartment or home, I love spending time with family, our fur babies and friends. As a family we enjoy grilling out, gardening and watching the Astros deliver a beat down on the field.
