Prudence is committed to listening to her client's needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills. A skill she developed over the years in other industries such as, global telecommunications, and family law. She is dedicated to ensuring each transaction is successful with only the client's interest as the focus.



Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.



Prudence utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with her client's buying and selling needs including stagers, painters, designers, handymen and inspectors. She is very communicative, thorough, and detailed - oriented she'll be alongside you every step of the way.

Hi my name is Paula Parrish. I work in The Woodlands, Texas. I chose a career in real estate because I love working with people and helping them find the home that best suits their unique needs and desires. I enjoy helping people navigate their way through the many confusing and oftentimes frustrating details on their way to buying or selling their home. Prior to entering a career in real estate I was the owner and operator of a successful business for 15 years in Conroe. Mercer, Inc. and multiple years of coaching volleyball and track at The Woodland Christian Academy to guide and serve her clients. She is a native Houstonian who has lived in The Woodlands for over 20 years. She is married to Tom, and they have two grown daughters. Diane received her degree in Finance from Sam Houston State University. She continues to serve The Woodlands community by volunteering at her local church, volunteering alongside her husband at track meets at TWCA, and serves in various local outreaches.
