My name is Patty Schouten and I live in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision. I have four children and 11 grandchildren and yes... they all keep me running and staying young! I have been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and I love my job!!! Whether its in the mortgage industry where I worked for 11 years as a processor, Loan Officer and Branch Manager then went on to become a Mortgage Broker for 12 years. Since becoming a Realtor in 2005 I have seen enormous changes take place in the real estate industry and I can assure you those changes are many and they are profound. Real Estate today is all about service and technology. Because of that I have affiliated myself with Walzel Properties. They are a family owned company and I could not be happier to work for them.
