Brooklynn Shepherd is from Conroe, Texas and has a passion for her ever-growing community. She thoroughly enjoys living close to her family and being a Worship Leader at WVT Church in Conroe. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brooklynn focused on raising her children and investing in real estate. Brooklynn's passion for meeting new individuals and her desire to stay at home with her children led her to embark on a career as a real estate agent. Roger grew up in Louisiana, met his wife in college and after graduation they married. He started his career in the Oil and Gas Service Industry fresh out of college. Within 3 years, his career took him overseas, first moving to Africa for a couple of years where he served as Country Manager and they eventually moved to Aberdeen, Scotland where they started their family and lived for an additional three years. After living overseas for half a decade, they decided they wanted to raise their children in the US, returning home but moving to Texas for career opportunities.

The experience of living overseas allows Roger to better understand the special needs that those who are relocating to the US for the first time require. He has worked to develop a unique network of associates who will assist and help guide any clients that are first time US residents looking to buy a home for themselves and their families.

After more than 20-years on the Property Management side of the Real Estate Industry from managing major construction projects up and down the front-range as well as helping residents pursue the rental/purchase of their new homes along with the role of a Property Manager has brought a wealth of knowledge. I also worked with GMAC Mortgage as a licensed loan officer in Texas. Additionally, I worked in the role of a New Construction Sales Counselor in the Cinco Ranch, The Woodlands and the Cypress area building new homes for five years in master planned communities, and local neighborhoods. Upon a successful venture in these endeavors, I decided to move to the other side of the table and pursued my real estate license. With my local roots and diverse knowledge about many different types of homes, I can provide invaluable knowledge to my real estate clients.

When I am not hard at work helping people find the right apartment or home, I love spending time with family, our fur babies and friends. As a family we enjoy grilling out, gardening and watching the Astros deliver a beat down on the field.
