As a mom of 4 and full time Broker Associate real estate professional, I am an undoubtedly an expert at the art of multitasking and negotiation. I have worked across multiple parts of Texas, with a variety of buyers and sellers. I was an army wife of over a decade, so I understand the trials associated with moving and relocating and am committed to helping you through yours. I currently hold a Military Relocation Professional certification (MRP), Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor certification (PSA) an Accredited Buyer's Representative designation (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS), At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD), real estate Broker license and a B.S. from Oklahoma State University in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.

Greg attended school at Baylor University and the Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. While at the Illinois Institute of Art, he was a founding member of his school's Gay-Straight Alliance, P.R.O.U.D. (People Respecting Other's Unique Differences).

During his almost twenty-year career in the legal profession, he served as the Chair of the Houston City Group for the Legal Marketing Association in 2017 and then began a two-year term as a Director for the Southwest Region Board of Directors of LMA. In 2017 he was named "Rising Star" by the League of Women Voters. As a board member of Pride Houston, a key objective was to grow community awareness to include representation for every member of the LGBTQIA+ family in a year that celebrated the 50th anniversary of the historic riots that took place at the Stonewall Inn in 1969.

Greg recently completed his term as the first male president of the Houston Bar Association Auxiliary. By doing so, he was an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Kiwanis Club of Houston, whose key objective is to serve the community through service projects fostering these ideas starting with high school students through their high school level, Key Club.
