Training and coaching real estate professionals how to build successful businesses is extremely rewarding. I began my real estate career in 2010 as an agent in The Woodlands, TX and my passion for real estate developed out of a desire for connecting people to the things that they love. The foundation of a strong career starts with being surrounded by a group of hard working individuals who have a desire to work and grow together to serve others. So moving from agent to leader was a natural progression for me. After serving buyer and seller clients for 4 years, I was offered the opportunity to become Executive Director for Keller Williams Realty in The Woodlands, TX. As life happens, I relocated to the East Coast and took the same role in Savannah, Ga. for Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners. Now, I am back where it all started in The Woodlands, Tx as the Executive Director of Keller Williams The Woodlands once again. These roles taught me a great deal about the importance and strength in collaboration, building relationships, and a united team. I possess a love for building strong connections and a heart for giving back. Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.
