Having a Mother who is a real estate Broker and investor gave Evie an early exposure and appreciation for becoming a Realtor. Evie is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Spring area. While attending University of St. Thomas, Evie moved into The Heights and has stayed in the area for the great lifestyle it offers.  She has experienced first hand the growth and changes the neighborhood has gone through. Evie is analytically inclined, especially when it comes to real estate. She has remodeled and sold several investment houses, and knows the importance of creating strong ROI.
